This recipe was quick, easy, and made for a light summer side salad.
ingredients
½lb bean sprouts
1 tsp salt
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
¼C finely chopped green onion
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
directions
- Drop the bean sprouts into boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Return to the pan.
- Stir in salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, cayenne, and green onions.
- Simmer 2 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Enjoy!
