This recipe fits the bill, and was pretty delicious! It wasn't a flavor profile I've had before, but it went well with a variety of things.
16oz frozen corn
2 tbs salted butter
1/3 C parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen corn (no extra water).
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring every ~2 minutes.
- Add seasoning, keep stirring until all corn is coated.
- Add cheese, stir for 10 seconds.
