ingredients
1 pint heavy cream
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dry parsley
Pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbs tomato paste
directions
- Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat
- Stir in cream, garlic, parsley, and pepper
- Stir in cheese and tomato paste until well blended
- Cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
