ingredients
5 lbs Russet potatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1.5C chicken broth
1/4C butter, cut into small chunks
1.25C sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3C half-and-half
2oz cream cheese
directions
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Put potatoes, chicken broth, and butter into crock pot.
- Turn crock pot on high and cook for 4.5 hours.
- Roughly mash potatoes.
- Add garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper, half-and-half, cream cheese.
- Finish mashing until smooth.
- Enjoy!
