I think it was a great party dip, without the same old run of the mill taste.
2 8oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/2C ranch dressing
2C shredded cheddar
3/4C beer (I used an Oktoberfest)
4 green onions, chopped
- Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl, until well blended.
- Add the remaining ingredients, beating until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
