It was relatively healthy, very filling, and very delicious!
4 chicken sausages
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 15oz can tomato sauce
2/3C frozen corn
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3C cooked barley (about 1C uncooked barley)
- In skillet over medium heat, cook pepper and sausage until sausage is browned.
- Add tomato sauce, corn, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer 15 minutes, or until sausage is fully cooked.
- Serve over barley.
