Inside Out Stuffed Peppers

I found this recipe via Pinterest.
It was relatively healthy, very filling, and very delicious!

4 chicken sausages
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 15oz can tomato sauce
2/3C frozen corn
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3C cooked barley (about 1C uncooked barley)

  1. In skillet over medium heat, cook pepper and sausage until sausage is browned.
  2. Add tomato sauce, corn, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes, or until sausage is fully cooked.
  5. Serve over barley.
  6. Enjoy!
